Privacy notice

Rich Craft Fragrances, Cavite, Philippines, uses the delivery details you submit to process and fulfill your Cash on Delivery order. Required information includes your name, Philippine mobile number and delivery address. Order notes are optional. Do not include sensitive information in notes.

Orders and service providers

Orders are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible to authenticated store administrators. Delivery information is used for fulfillment and may be shared with the delivery provider needed for your order. Brevo sends an order notification containing the order and delivery information to the business. Messenger is optional; opening it does not send a message automatically.

Optional Meta measurement

With your analytics permission, the website can send PageView, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase events to Meta using its Pixel and Conversions API. Purchase is recorded when an order is saved, not when paid. Events may include order number, products, quantities, PHP total, time, IP address, browser information and Meta browser/click IDs. The server hashes a normalized phone number using SHA-256 for matching. Hashing is not anonymization. We do not send customer names, full addresses or notes to Meta. These integrations operate only after the store configures its own Meta assets.

Your choices and storage

The cart, checkout retry reference, analytics preference and recently tracked order IDs are stored in your browser. Administrator sessions use a secure HttpOnly cookie and expire after eight hours. Optional Meta cookies may be used when you allow analytics. You can change analytics permission through Privacy preferences on the homepage, or clear your browser’s site data.

Delivery-data consent is required to place an order. Analytics permission is optional. Order records remain in the business database until the business removes them; no automatic retention period is currently configured. Contact the business through its official Facebook Page for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, subject to records required for fulfillment or applicable obligations.

Province, city and barangay lists are loaded from the public PSGC API at psgc.gitlab.io. Your typed delivery details are submitted to this store, not to that address-list service. Google Fonts may load font files and receive normal connection information.
